Proof of Delivery

Welcome to our Proof of Delivery information page. This page explains how shipment updates, delivery attempts, tracking information and delivery confirmation may work for orders placed through our website.

Shipment and delivery information depends on the shipping service selected for an order. Customers should refer to their order confirmation, shipping notification and the carrier’s official tracking information for the latest available updates.

Delivery Time and Order Updates

Estimated delivery information, when provided, indicates the expected delivery window for a shipment. It is not a guarantee of delivery by a particular date or time.

Delivery estimates may change because of carrier capacity, weather conditions, holidays, address verification, operational delays or other circumstances affecting transportation.

If an order includes a delivery estimate or countdown, please review the information displayed during checkout and in your order confirmation. A countdown represents an indicated ordering or delivery window only when the relevant terms explicitly state what it measures.

Shipment Processing and Tracking

After an order has been processed and dispatched, shipment information may become available through the confirmation email or the carrier’s tracking service. Tracking events can take time to appear after a shipping label is created.

A shipping label or tracking number alone does not confirm that a parcel has been physically accepted by the carrier or successfully delivered to its destination.

Delivery Attempts

If a shipment requires an indirect, direct or adult signature and a delivery attempt is made when no eligible recipient is available, the carrier may leave a delivery notice or provide instructions for another attempt. Procedures vary according to the shipping service and the requirements applicable to the shipment.

When no signature is required, the carrier may leave a parcel at a location it considers appropriate under its delivery policies. The availability of this option depends on the service, destination and any delivery restrictions.

Missed or Unsuccessful Delivery

If tracking shows that delivery was attempted but not completed, check the carrier’s tracking page for the latest instructions. Depending on the circumstances, the shipment may be scheduled for another attempt, held for collection or returned to the sender.

Please use the carrier’s official support channels if tracking information is unclear or if you need to arrange another delivery attempt.

Proof of Delivery and Shipment Records

Proof of delivery is information supplied by a carrier indicating that a shipment reached a recorded delivery stage. Depending on the service, the record may include a delivery date, delivery status, recipient confirmation, signature information or other available details.

The type of proof available varies by carrier and service. A tracking label shows shipment-related information but does not, by itself, establish that the parcel was successfully delivered.

The images displayed below are shipment-label images provided for reference. Their presence on this page should not be interpreted as confirmation that every shipment shown has been delivered successfully.
